Sensation Sauna in Kārļi
At the Sensation Sauna, you’ll be welcomed with aromatic herbal tea. The vibration of sensation drums melts away tension, opening you to new feelings. Gentle herbal whisks warm the body, while a herbal-salt scrub cleanses the skin. A dip in the pond washes away the excess, and resting outdoors on a hay mattress under a warm blanket cocoon will make you feel like a butterfly preparing for its first flight.
By prior booking, you can enjoy three unique rituals:
- The Grand Sauna Ritual (4–5 hours)
Begin with gentle warming and whisking with herbal branches. After a tea break, enjoy further warming, a scrub massage, and a refreshing dip in the pond, followed by cocooned hay-mattress rest. Repeat the cycle of whisking, pond immersion, and cosy rest. Finish with a full-body massage in the softly heated sauna, using warm honey. - Cleansing Sauna Ritual with Relaxing Massage (3–4 hours)
Start with gentle warming and herbal whisking. After a tea break, enjoy more warming, a scrub massage, and a pond dip. Relax on the hay mattress under a warm blanket cocoon, then finish with a soft, deeply relaxing massage. - Self-Whisking Ritual (from 4 people, 2–3 hours)
Begin with warming and herbal whisking. After a tea break, take part in a self-scrub under the sauna master’s guidance, followed by a pond dip and tea. End with self-whisking, another pond dip, and a final tea break.
