Villa Santa Restaurant
The restaurant, with space for 60 guests and a spacious terrace set among treetops, is located in the main building of Hotel VILLA SANTA.
The interior is adorned with reproductions of paintings by renowned Latvian contemporary artist Ieva Iltnere. Iconic TONE Vienna bistro chairs add a touch of bourgeois charm, while nostalgic ceiling lamps from the former Hotel RĪGA (now Kempinski) bring a piece of history. A cosy lounge area invites you to enjoy wine or coffee.
Chef Egils Grīnfelds has curated the menu, blending international flavours with an emphasis on Asian cuisine while remaining true to Latvian culinary roots. The signature dessert – Floating Islands – is a bestseller. Dishes are served on fine Portuguese VISTA ALEGRE (1824) porcelain, personally selected at the factory by the hotel’s owner. The wine list was curated by co-owner Ivars Zariņš.
