Restaurant "Pavāru māja Līgatnē"
Recognised by the prestigious Michelin Guide and awarded the Green Star for Sustainable Gastronomy, “Pavāru Māja” in Līgatne is a peaceful countryside retreat to share slow moments and experience the boldest seasonal flavours of the region.
Chef-owner Ēriks Dreibants and head chef Juris Dukaļskis carefully craft the menu in close collaboration with local farmers, producers, and artisans. Guided by the Slow Food philosophy and a nose-to-tail cooking approach, every dish honours origin and sustainability.
This is a place where great food, experiences, and ideas are born. Here, chefs work hand-in-hand with farmers, naturalists, and craftsmen to explore and celebrate the region’s unique flavours. The vision lives in “Wilhelma” – the former Līgatne Maternity House, built in 1901.
