Mārsnēni Health trail
The Mārsnēni Sundial is one of three timekeeping installations in the Priekuļi Parish, Latvia. Surrounding the sundial is a barefoot health trail, designed to massage key pressure zones in the feet as visitors walk across stones of various shapes and sizes.
Celebrating Mārsnēni Parish—known as the most traditionally Latvian region within Priekuļi—the sundial and trail are adorned with ancient Latvian symbols, adding cultural depth to this wellness experience.
