This late 19th-century building, inspired by the architecture of Italian Renaissance villas and restored accordingly, is available for both large and small seminars. Designed by architect R.G. Schmeling, it offers elegant spaces for a variety of events.

- Small Hall – up to 50 people
- Grand Hall – up to 200 people
